We are approved to deliver nationally recognised training programs on behalf of The Learning Collaborative (Registered Training Organisation 32350).
All courses offered by MLR Training Services have been designed by The Learning Collaborative RTO (32350) in consultation with industry experts. We include both aged care classroom learning, together with 120 hours of mandatory hands-on unpaid practical work placement. This effectively ensures that our students are fast tracked to be well capable in providing quality aged care services for the elderly once they enter the work force.
We have established many robust working relationships whilst expanding our organisational reach. We now are proud to have association with a number of reputable key registered facilities available for student intake. These organisations are ready, waiting to take in the next round of students for unpaid work placement. These key industry connections allow MLR Training Services to provide the very best in post course unpaid work placement. This also benefits our students greatly, allowing them to learn very quickly about what is entailed in a real life aged care work environment.
We at MLR Training Services unlike many of our competitors in this industry, offer Certificate III Individual Support CH300315 courses commencing every 12 weeks. This uniquely allows us to cycle through higher than average student to employment placement numbers, benefiting the organisations that require qualified elderly aged care staffing when they most need it.
